5. Rozana 60 minute paidal chalein
Jaruri nahi ki aap gym jayein, lekin sharir ko active rakhna zaroori hai.
Rozana subah ya shaam kam se kam 30 minute tez chalein (Brisk Walking).
Lift ki jagah seedhiyon (Stairs) ka istemal karein.
