Dimaag Ki Kamzori Aur Sar Dard Ke Liye Behtareen Desi Nuskhe

 Aaj kal ki bhaga-daudi aur stress bhari life me sar dard aur dimaagi thakan ek aam baat ho gayi hai. Agar aap bhi in maslo se pareshan hai, toh hamare purane nuskhe isme kaafi asardaar sabit ho sakte hain. Aaj ke is blog me hum 4 aise desi nuskho ke baare me baat karenge jo sar dard (Headache, mygrain), dimaag ki taqat, aur chakkar aane jaisi samasyaon me kaam aate hain.

1. Dard-e-Sar Haar (Tez Sar Dard ke liye Lep)

Agar aapko garmi ya kisi wajah se tez sar dard ho raha hai, toh yeh external lep kaafi sukoon deta hai.

Ingredients:

Berg-e-Hina (Mehendi ke patte): 6 Gram

Sandal Safed: 6 Gram

Arq-e-Gulab (Rose water): 30 Gram

Khashkhaash (Poppy seeds): 3 Gram

Kaise istemal karein: In sab cheezon ko milakar bilkul bareek (fine) pees lein. Phir is paste ko apni peshani (forehead) par lep ki tarah lagayein.

2. Maqwi-e-Dimagh (Brain Tonic)

Yeh nuskha dimaag ko taqat dene aur memory ko behtar karne ke liye ek dose (khuraak) ke barabar hai.

Ingredients:

Khamira Gaozaban Ambari Jawahar Wala: 6 Gram

Itrifal Ustukhuddus: 10 Gram

Kushta-e-Seem: 2 Chawal (Chawal ke daane ke barabar)

Kushta Marjan: 1 Chawal

Kaise istemal karein: In sabko mix karein aur subah-shaam pani ke saath istemal karein. Dhyan rahe, yeh poora ek time ki khuraak ka wazan hai.


3. Sar Ka Chakrana (Dizziness & Heart Health)

Agar aapko aksar chakkar aate hain ya dimaag me bhari-pan rehta hai, toh yeh murabba ka nuskha bahut faydemand hai.

Ingredients:

Murabba Saib (Apple): 400 Gram

Murabba Amla: 200 Gram

Murabba Harad: 100 Gram

Kaise istemal karein: Sabse pehle inke beej (seeds) nikaal kar alag kar dein, phir inhein bareek pees lein.

Dose: Rozana subah aur shaam 20-20 gram doodh ya pani ke saath lein. Yeh dil aur dimaag ki kamzori, chakkar aur acidity (tabkhir) me behad mufid hai.

4. Taqviyat-e-Dimagh (Nervine Tonic)

Yeh majun dimaag ki nerves ko mazboot karne ke liye banaya gaya hai.

Ingredients:

Sonth (Dry Ginger): 20 Gram

Malkangni: 30 Gram

Filfil Daraz (Long Pepper): 30 Gram

Qarfa (Cinnamon): 10 Gram

Kaise istemal karein: In sabko pees kar thode se Roghan-e-Gao (Desi Ghee) me churb (mix) karein. Phir shahad (honey) milakar ek 'Majun' (paste) taiyar kar lein.

Dose: Rozana 6 gram subah-shaam pani ya doodh ke saath lein.

Zaroori Note: Yeh saare nuskhe qudrati (natural) hain, lekin kisi bhi nuskhe ko shuru karne se pehle apne hakeem ya doctor se mashwara zaroor lein, kyunki har insaan ka mizaaj alag hota hai.
